So I know it is pretty sad that I have travelled to more than 10 other capital cities before my own -- especially when I grew up only 5 hours away from Ottawa -- be there goes. I finally got there this year, and really enjoyed it.
On the way there we stopped in Brockvill to visit friends, Barb and Paul:
My mom and I met Meena in Ottawa. While in the city we played the roles of tourists very well visiting the parlament buildings, the Museum of Civilization and the Military Museum. Meena and I aslo went on a hounted tour of town.
Lots of groundhogs in Ottawa:
My mom and I both iked this cool spider, but we didn't get time to go to the art gallery that it sit outside of. Next time....

Where they used to hang people in Ottawa -- this is part of the HI hostel in town -- I want to stay there just for the fun of it.
